How to File Online Consumer Complaint in India

Department of Consumer Affairs India, has provided a website to file online consumer complaints. Consumers who want to file online complaints can log on to www.ccccore.co.in and register yourself to file a complaint.

People can also use the national consumer help line toll free number 1800 11 4000 to get more details regarding consumer rights. There are other tolled numbers also available 011-27662955,56,57,58 (Normal call charges apply). Time to call these numbers is in between Monday to Saturday 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
If you want to file your complaint via mobile then use the toll free number 1800 180 4566. Government frequently publishes consumer rights in the form of a campaign known as “Jago Grahak Jago”.
