I am going to tell my readers that how can you add your personal email signature in Microsoft Outlook 2010. Following are some of the useful steps by which you can add your personal email signature in Microsoft Outlook 2010:
1 – Launch Microsoft Outlook 2010 from Start Menu.
2 –Click on File and select Options.
3 – In Options, select Mail to edit/change settings.
4 – Now, Select Signatures which is present under the category of Compose messages.
5- After selecting Signatures, a new pop-up window will open where you can create a new signature with a name.
6- When you click on new, give a name to your signature and then enter the personal email signature and click on OK.
You can create different personal email signatures for different accounts. After following the above mentioned steps you add your personal email signature in Microsoft Outlook 2010.
